Event weekend.

The BIG event for this weekend was my 29th Birthday, but as my weekend start on a Thursday I will begin there... Myself and Ash ( my crazy and without a doubt Best-friend) went off to VUE in Liffey Valley, I'm lucky to get tickets for movies from time to time, some I pass on and some I go myself with a buddy!
' Thanks for Sharing' is put across as a Comedy, yes parts are funny, but its an eye opener into the addictive mind, its based mostly on Sex Addiction but it shows you an all round look on addiction and how it effects there own lives and the lives of there friends and family.
I would give this movie a 7/10, as you will learn I am a hard film critic, but Ash would agree with me. So maybe wait for DVD on this one...
Then comes Friday, I was in the FM104 head office picking up passes for myself and my friend Fi, we were going to meet and greet John Newman, while I was there I bumped into Nicky Byrne from Westlife who I have met before, I was lucky to cut his hair a few years ago, I then headed to Dundrums Town Centre. Fi was not off work until 5pm so I went to the Dundrum Fashion Show...
It was mostly a showcase of Autumn Styles, In my opinion it did not run very well, it was smack in the middle of the entrance to Level 1, and people just wanted to get into the Centre, so a lot of pushing went on, I was not shell shocked by any of the outfits and found that after awhile I left. I came back down for the 'Toni&Guy' hair demo, this was done well but an audience of five people soon became just me. To be honest I was bitterly disappointed.

Meeting and greeting John Newman was one of my funniest moments ever, he was so handsome and smelt amazing! But most of all it was cool to meet someone that had not allowed fame hit him in the head, he was down to earth, I was the last person to meet him and he acted if I was the very first. I bought his album, which FYI is incredible, its a new sound, honest with some quick and slow tunes, spoken from his heart.
I handed him the album with the plastic still on while he laughed he couldn't sign it and made a bouncer man remove it for me, we then stood for photographs with FM104 taking a tad too many!! I was flashed to bits by the end of it! I hope the future holds a lot for this young man.... he truly deserves it.

BIRTHDAY DAY!
I started in the hair salon at Ebano in Ballinteer check them out on Fbook or at www.ebano.ie, I love, love, love this salon. Elaine does my color and cuts, and I swear she is fast becoming a friend of mine.

I then picked Nat up, and a bucket load of us, 18 in total headed to The Bernard Shaw, I had pretty much one of the best Birthdays ever, everyone I wanted there was there and my cousin Elaine surprised me bu coming dancing with us, Myself, her and Amy pulled some famous family moves on the dance-floor, we all sat outside at the end of the night with the BIG BLUE BUS in the background and I had a moment of thinking ' I'm really lucky'. Here are some of the snaps and pressies I got....  I say roll on 30...
