Eventful past two weekends.

My Weekends.....

The past two weekends have been cosy and busy for me, I was lucky to spend some much needed time in Glencullen with my cousins and there partners, my cousin Simon just had his first child, so was so nice to spend some time with them all. We had tea and scones (Sarah's fave) in the garden with the sun shinning. We then all went on a walk around the Wicklow country-side...

We talked for hours about our childhood, both myself and Simon are turning 29 this week! Can anyone remember there best childhood memory?

Event Idea: Johnnie Fox's back lounge. Fancy some Irish dancing, with some trad music? Head to Johnnie Fox's on a Friday or Saturday night, prepare for dancing on table tops and some of the best Fish N Chips!

Then this weekend I ate one of the best scones that my Boss Freddie kindly got me!

I spent Saturday night at Roly Saul in the Dundrum Town Centre with Natalie and some of our close Peter Mark buddies, some of these guys we see regularly but others its been ages...The food was expensive, and I was shocked to see just how small the restaurant is, but the staff were very helpful and kind... anyone that gives me an extra spoon to rob other peoples deserts is a winner in my books..

Event Idea: Why not try a meal with old friends? Just like us try somewhere new, local is always good because it's handy for everybody. I would recommend the following Captain Americans in Blach, Joel's on the Naas Road, Avoca for tea and chats and Gotman Cafe on Grafton.
The final part of my two weekend was spent on the pier in Dun Laoghaire. My sister who also is a blogger at http://allthelittlethings3.blogspot.ie/ and myself went to the People's Park Market...

We had tea and walked about for an hour, it was a super nice day and we both wore our warm Parka coats and strolled on the pier.

Event Idea: I'm going to try do a market in two weeks time as an Event for myself, why not try one yourself? If your not brave enough pop to one of the many in Dublin with the girls or your Mum.
